Halo Waypoint serves as the online player hub for all Halo-related news, gameplay statistics, and more. The Halo Infinite section of Halo Waypoint allows players to review their Battle Pass progression, view or update their virtual currency balance, and purchase Shop items and Battle Passes with their available virtual currency.

Various accessibility features and settings are available to ensure the virtual currency purchase process is comfortable and convenient for all players.

Purchasing virtual currency (Credits) on Halo Waypoint

Use the steps below to purchase virtual currency for Halo Infinite via the Halo Waypoint website.

  1. Navigate to HaloWaypoint.com within a web browser.
  2. On the Halo Waypoint home page, click on the black square labeled “SIGN IN” in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Clicking the Sign In button will load the Xbox network login page. Enter your account’s associated email address, phone number, or Skype account name. Depending on your account’s selected security settings, enter your account password and/or complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) prompts.
    • If you do not have an Xbox or Microsoft account, review the supporting documentation then create an account on Xbox.com: Account with Xbox.
  4. Completing the Xbox sign-in process will redirect back to the Halo Waypoint home page and the Sign In button in the top right corner of the window will now display the signed-in account’s profile picture.
  5. Click on the account’s profile picture in the top right corner of the window and select “Service Records” from the dropdown menu.
  6. On the Service Records page, select the “Go to Service Record” button within the Halo Infinite section.
  7. On the Halo Infinite Service Record page, click on the “STORE” tab below the “HALO INFINITE” header near the top of the page.
  8. Select the secondary tab labeled “BUY CREDITS” below the Store tab button.
  9. Identify the Credits bundle you would like to purchase then select the “BUY” button within that bundle’s tile.
  10. Clicking the Buy button will redirect players to the Xbox.com store listing for their selected bundle. Complete the Xbox.com purchase flow to buy the selected virtual currency bundle.

Purchasing Halo Infinite Battle Passes and Operation Passes on Halo Waypoint

Use the steps below to purchase Halo Infinite Battle Passes and Operation Passes via the Halo Waypoint website.

  1. Navigate to HaloWaypoint.com within a web browser.
  2. On the Halo Waypoint home page, click on the black square labeled “SIGN IN” in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Clicking the Sign In button will load the Xbox network login page. Enter your account’s associated email address, phone number, or Skype account name.   6. On the Service Records page, select the “Go to Service Record” button within the Halo Infinite section.
  7. When opened, the Halo Infinite Service Record page displays the “PROGRESS” tab and the “SUMMARY” secondary tab. Within the Summary secondary tab, click on the “CHANGE BATTLEPASS” button within the Battle Pass tile.
  8. Within the resulting “EQUIP A BATTLE PASS” window, identify and locate the Battle Pass or Operation Pass you would like to purchase. Once located, select the “BUY” button to view the available purchase offers.
  9. Select either the Premium Battle Pass offer or the Premium Pass Bundle offer in the resulting menu.
  10. Review and confirm the purchase in the “BUY CONFIRMATION” window to spend the required Credits and obtain the offer’s items.

Purchasing Halo Infinite Shop Items on Halo Waypoint

Use the steps below to purchase Halo Infinite Shop items, such as cosmetic customization items, XP Boosts, and Challenge Swaps, via the Halo Waypoint website.

  1. Navigate to HaloWaypoint.com within a web browser.
  2. On the Halo Waypoint home page, click on the black square labeled “SIGN IN” in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Clicking the Sign In button will load the Xbox network login page. Enter your account’s associated email address, phone number, or Skype account name.   6. On the Service Records page, select the “Go to Service Record” button within the Halo Infinite section.
  7. On the Halo Infinite Service Record page, click on the “STORE” tab below the “HALO INFINITE” header near the top of the page.
  8. When opened, the Halo Infinite Store tab displays the “FEATURED” secondary tab. Identify the Store bundle you would like to purchase.
    • The “EXCHANGE” tile in the Featured tab leads to a second storefront which features cosmetic customization items that can be purchased with Spartan Points, a virtual currency earned by completing gameplay challenges in Halo Infinite multiplayer matchmaking.
  9. Once you have identified the Store or Exchange bundle you would like to purchase, select the “Buy” button within its tile to begin the purchase process.
    • If no “Buy” button is visible, the signed-in account does not have enough virtual currency to complete the purchase.
  10. Review and confirm the purchase in the “BUY CONFIRMATION” window to spend the required Credits and obtain the bundle’s items.
