If you encounter an issue while playing Halo: The Master Chief Collection or Halo 5: Guardians, follow these steps:
- Log into your account in the top-right corner of this Support site.
- Visit the current Known Issues article for the game and check to see if your issue is already listed.
- If your issue is listed, no further action is needed. We are aware of the problem and working on it.
- If your issue is not listed, follow the next step.
- Scroll to the bottom of any article and click the Submit a request button below the “Was this article helpful?” feedback area:
- Fill out the form. Include as much information as possible to help us understand your issue.
- If you have multiple unrelated issues, submit them as separate tickets.
- Do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue.
- Halo Support cannot assist with network, hardware or purchase issues. You’ll need to go to Xbox Support for that.
