If you are seeing a “Try Again” prompt while trying to launch the game, please ensure you are signed into both the Xbox Console Companion App and the Microsoft Store using the same account that purchased the game.
To sign out of the Xbox Console Companion App:
- Launch the Xbox Console companion App
- Navigate to “Settings” on the left-hand side navigation bar
- Under “General,” select “Sign Out”
To sign out of the Microsoft Store App:
- Open the Microsoft Store App
- You can do so by typing in “Store” in your taskbar’s search field
- Click your profile picture at the top right of the App’s window
- Select “Sign Out”
Once you are signed out from both, you may proceed to sign back in using the correct account in each app and then launch the game.
