Here you can read about Halo content updates, check known issues with Halo games, and report any technical issues you’ve found.
The Halo Support Team is part of 343 Industries, so we can bring your issues directly to the developers of Halo. That data helps them understand which issues are impacting players the most so they can prioritize those issues; the more tickets submitted to Halo Support, the higher the priority. Those reports have led to many of our updates and bug fixes.
We also work with the developers to create articles that help with common problems players have. It’s always smart to check if we’ve covered your issue with a Known Issues article for that game before you report it.
If you don’t see an existing article that applies to your bug, glitch, or other unexpected issue, then it’s time to use the “Submit a Ticket” form. A couple things to keep in mind:
- Halo Support handles issues like crashes, game save corruption, player reports, and general bugs.
- Provide as much information as you can with your report. The more, the better! The dev team really appreciates it when you include media like screenshots or video clips that demonstrate the issue.
