If your PC's operating system language is set to Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, you will experience an issue installing your language pack on Steam.

To download the correct language pack:

1. Launch Halo: Reach through Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Steam
2. Navigate to Options & Career
   • Navigate to Settings 
   • Navigate to Accessibility
   • Navigate to Change Language
3. Change the title's Voice Language to another language
4. Save your selection
5. Exit the build
6. Re-launch the game
7. Return to Change Language and select your intended language
8. Save your selection
9. Exit the build one more time
10. Launch the game and your language pack should be installed
