If you are experiencing low or no audio while watching cinematics in Halo 2 Classic mode, it is possible your Effects Volume & Game Music Volume is low or set to 0. 

To fix:

1. Log into your game using your Gamertag
2. Navigate to Options & Career
3. Navigate to Settings
4. Adjust the settings for Effects Volume and Game Music Volume as desired
