The Windows Insider Program lets people use beta versions of Windows to help test them and provide feedback. These beta builds can sometimes lead to issues with games, including Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Beta versions of Windows come with limited or no support. Similarly, Halo Support is unable to help with issues that occur due to a beta build of Windows.

If you encounter an issue that you believe is due to a beta version of Windows and the issue impacts other players in multiplayer sessions, please submit a ticket with Halo Support.
