To access the Halo Waypoint site, visit https://www.halowaypoint.com/

iOS installation

1. Visit this iOS App Store to view and install the Halo Waypoint app: Halo Waypoint app for iOS.
2. Once installed, sign in with your gamertag or Microsoft account.
3. Explore!

Android installation

1. Visit the Google Play Store to view and install the Halo Waypoint app for Android.
2. Once installed, sign in with your gamertag or Microsoft account.
3. Explore!

Note: If you have the Halo Channel app installed on your device, it will automatically become the new Halo Waypoint app. If it does not, visit the app store listing.

Known Issues

• The app store listing for the iOS app still shows as “Halo Channel.” Once downloaded, the app appears as “Halo Waypoint” as intended.
• The 3D Spartan model often does not load on the first attempt.
• Features related to Halo: The Master Chief Collection occasionally do not load.
• In the app, only one team’s results appear in Halo 5: Guardians game details.
• In the Android app, the Halo 5 REQ packs section results in an error.
