Challenge progress gained during Last Spartan Standing matches will always be tracked, including when leaving the match early due to being eliminated. In some instances however, this progress may not be tracked in the main menu. Use the workarounds below to see the latest Challenge progress and to refresh the Event Pass menu:

• If your Event Challenges are not progressing or completing after leaving Last Spartan Standing (LSS) matches early, complete a full match in any matchmaking playlist to see your Challenge progress update.
• If tier(s) on an Event Pass are not updating after leaving LSS matches early, closing and relaunching Halo Infinite will update the Event Pass menu to show the current unlocked tiers.
  
  • Customization content will still be earned and available to equip even though your Event Pass has not updated. To equip your items as you unlock them, please head to the Customization menus.

The Halo Infinite development team is currently investigating the cause of these issues and a future update to Halo Infinite will improve this unlock flow.
