Frequently Asked Questions
What is Halo Support?
On the Halo Support website, you can read about Halo content updates, check known issues with Halo games, and report any technical issues or bugs you’ve found.
The Halo Support Team is part of 343 Industries, so we can bring your issues directly to the developers of Halo. That data helps them understand which issues are impacting players the most so they can prioritize those issues; the more tickets submitted to Halo Support, the higher the priority. Those reports have led to many of our updates and bug fixes.
Follow @HaloSupport on Twitter for the latest news on releases, updates, service outages, and ongoing investigations.
How can I beta test new Halo content early?
The Halo team is always looking fresh feedback on their games and services. By joining the Halo Insider program, players can be considered for early access play sessions with in-development Halo games and content. These playtest sessions are called “flights.”
These playtest sessions are invitation-only and have specific goals, which means not everyone can be selected for every flight. To increase your chances for selection, make sure your Halo Insider settings are complete and accurate.
If this all sounds like something you are interested in, then join the Halo Insider program.
Where can I share my feedback on Halo games?
Halo Support does not intake feedback or game change requests. Instead, we focus on game related bugs and issues.
If you want to chat with other players and discuss your feedback further, go to the Halo Waypoint forums and join the community there. The team asks for feedback in dedicated threads regularly and that information is shared with developers.
