Welcome to the official Halo Support site!
This website provides players with updates on new content for both Halo Infinite and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Players can also use the Halo Support site to report any technical issues they find in either game, as well as access articles about any known issues encountered by other players.
The Halo Support Team is part of Halo Studios, which means your reports are sent directly to the developers of Halo. The data you provide helps the studio understand which issues are impacting players the most. The more tickets submitted to Halo Support that highlight a specific issue, the higher the priority. These reports have directly impacted all our content updates and bug fixes.
If you do not see an existing article that applies to your bug, glitch, or other unexpected issue, you can use the “Submit a Ticket” form. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before submitting a ticket:
- Remember to check the Known Issues list for the game in question. If your issue is listed, then the developers are already aware of it and are currently working on resolving it.
- Halo Support is intended for issues and bugs that are occurring within any Halo game. Our team is unable to assist with account, purchase, network connectivity, or hardware issues that occur outside of a Halo game.
- The team is unable to assist with personal connectivity, hardware, or purchase issues. These issues are best directed to Xbox Support.
- Steam-related issues regarding account, purchase, and connectivity issues are best directed to Steam Support.
- Provide as much information as you can in your report. Attaching screenshots or video clips that visually demonstrate the issue is vital in helping the development team understand the problem.
- Support agents may ask you for more information regarding your issue and your responses are always appreciated.
The Support Team works closely with developers to create articles that help with common problems players might encounter. Articles include Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and player guides that explain how to use in-game features. Additionally, release notes are provided, offering further details for each new content update.
