All support for promotional codes is provided by the partner company for the associated product. For example, if the code came with a Monster energy drink, then they would be the company to provide the support. Halo Support does not have the ability to provide replacement codes or resolve issues with redeeming them.

The one exception to this is if the code itself will not redeem on Halo Waypoint because it does not have the correct formatting (incorrect number of characters or invalid characters). In that case, we can work to resolve the issue.

Promotional codes that unlock content in Halo games can be included with a wide variety of products like snacks, drinks, and toys.

Support for codes for a service, like an Xbox Game Pass 14-day trial or Xbox Gold, are handled through Xbox Support.
