The Windows Insider Program enables players to use beta versions of Windows to help test them and provide feedback. These beta builds can sometimes lead to issues with games, including Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Halo Infinite.

Beta versions of Windows come with limited or no support. Similarly, Halo Support is unable to help with issues that occur due to a beta build of Windows.

If you encounter an issue that you believe is due to a beta version of Windows and the issue impacts other players in multiplayer sessions, please submit a ticket with Halo Support.
