Drivers
Halo: Campaign Evolved is intended to be played with the latest PC graphics drivers. To install the latest drivers, visit the manufacturer’s support site:
- NVIDIA: NVIDIA graphics drivers
- AMD: AMD graphics drivers
- Intel: Intel graphics drivers

Known Issue: NVIDIA RTX 50 series graphics cards may crash on the mission Keyes when using driver versions 610.47, 610.62, and 610.74.
- Workaround: Update your NVIDIA driver to 610.88. After installation, NVIDIA recommends deleting your shader cache. For instructions, visit Deleting Shader Cache | NVIDIA Support.

To identify your current graphics card and driver version:
- Press the Windows key to open the Start menu.
- Type dxdiag into the search bar and press Enter
- Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, go to the Display tab
- The listed device name is your video card model, and the current driver version will also be listed
If you encounter any issues while installing graphics drivers, contact your GPU manufacturer’s support team for further assistance. They can provide guidance tailored to your specific hardware and ensure you are using the correct drivers and installation steps.
Very Low
Very Low graphics options are also available on supported PC and handheld hardware, giving players additional flexibility when configuring graphics settings to match their preferred balance of visual quality and performance.
Please note that Very Low settings do not guarantee compatibility or functionality on PC hardware that does not meet the minimum (Low) requirements.
Players experiencing issues on PCs that do not meet the minimum requirements are welcome to submit a ticket, however, please note that Halo Support can only provide limited assistance in these cases.
To change your graphics settings:
- Open the Settings using the Menu button (XBOX controller), Options button (PlayStation® controller), or F1 (Keyboard).
- Select Video.
- Navigate to the Graphics section.
- Select a value for the Quality Preset setting to adjust all options at once, or manually configure each of the 8 individual quality settings.
Known Issues
Some PC drivers, components, or system configurations may have known issues in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
