Failed To Login To Platform (error code ALPHA)
We couldn't sign you in. Make sure you're logged into your platform account and try again.
This issue can occur if Steam is not running or you are not signed in. Make sure Steam is open and that you are signed in to the account that owns Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Failed To Login To Platform (error code BRAVO)
Sign-in couldn't be completed. Verify you're using a valid, non-guest account and try again.
This will appear if you launch Halo: Campaign Evolved without being signed in to the correct account. Make sure your PlayStation™Network account is signed in and connected.
Failed To Login To Platform (error code CHARLIE)
We're having trouble reaching our servers. Please try again in a few minutes.
This error is related to a network connection issue. Check your internet connection and restart your network hardware if needed. Wait a few minutes, then try signing in again.
Failed To Login To Platform (error code DELTA)
Sign-in couldn't be completed. Please check your connection and try again.

Failed To Link Account. Already Linked. (error code JULIETT)
This platform account is already linked to another profile. Unlink it first, or sign in with the linked profile.
This error occurs when you attempt to sign in or link a different Microsoft account than the one currently linked to your Steam or PlayStation™Network account. Sign in using the Microsoft account that is already linked, or contact Halo Support to request an account unlink. For more details, refer to Account Linking & Unlinking in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Failed To Link Account. Already Linked. (error code KILO)
Your player profile is already linked to another platform account. Unlink it first, or sign in with the linked account.
This error occurs when you try to sign in or link a Microsoft account to a different Steam or PlayStation™Network account than the one it is currently linked to. You can either link a different Microsoft account, or contact Halo Support to request an account unlink. For more details, refer to Account Linking & Unlinking in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Failed To Login To Platform (error code MIKE)
We couldn't verify your XBOX account. Please try signing in again.

ERROR MESSAGES
You may encounter issues at various points in the game that do not include an error code. Below are some example messages you may see, along with troubleshooting steps to help resolve them.

If the issue persists, contact support.
Try signing in again. If the issue continues, note the time and any on-screen messages, then submit a Halo Support ticket.
User is offline - You appear to be offline
Check your internet connection and try again.
Check your device’s internet connection and ensure you are signed in to your platform, then try again.
Please sign into Steam and relaunch the game.
This issue can occur if Steam is not running or you are not signed in. Make sure Steam is open and that you are signed in to the account that owns Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Failed to record information into system
Something went wrong saving your data. Please restart and try again.
This error occurs when the game cannot save data. Ensure you have a stable connection, then restart the game and try again.
We couldn't link your accounts. Please try again later.
This error can occur for several reasons, including an unstable connection during account linking or a Halo: Campaign Evolved service issue. Wait a few minutes, then try again. If the issue persists, submit a Halo Support ticket.
Failed To Link Account. Not Found
We couldn't find the account you're trying to link. Please verify your account and try again.
Make sure your account details are entered correctly, then try signing in again.
Failed To Link Account. Relink Failed
We couldn't re-link your account. Please contact support for assistance.
You will need to contact Halo Support for help re-linking your account. submit a Halo Support ticket.
This Fireteam is not joinable, please request an Invite.
The Fireteam you are trying to join is set to invite-only. Ask a member of the Fireteam to send you an invite. For help with sending and receiving invites, refer to our Co-op in Halo: Campaign Evolved guide.
Please try joining another Fireteam.
The Fireteam you are trying to join is at full capacity. Try joining a different Fireteam or wait for space in the Fireteam to become available.
Cross-play Status Conflict
Your account settings do not allow cross-platform play. Update your account settings and try again.
Your account’s cross-play setting does not allow this session. This most commonly occurs when cross-platform play is turned off in your XBOX account settings. Turn on cross-platform play in your account settings, then try again. For help managing your account settings, visit Manage XBOX online safety and privacy settings.
This may also be caused by the cross-play game setting being toggled off. To check your cross-play setting status:
- Open the Settings menu using the Menu button (XBOX controller), Options button (PlayStation®controller), or F1 (Keyboard).
- Select Account.
- Under the Account section at the top, ensure Cross-play is toggled on.
A member of the Fireteam has cross-play disabled
One or more members of your fireteam have account settings that do not allow cross-platform play.
A member of your fireteam has cross-play turned off. This typically occurs when cross-platform play is turned off in XBOX account settings. That player must turn cross-play on, or join a fireteam on the same platform.

Microsoft Account login failure
Additional sign-in is required. Make sure your account isn't active on another device, then try again.
Ensure that your Microsoft account is not signed in on other devices, then try again.
Account is signed in elsewhere
Your account appears to be signed in on another device. Sign out there first, then try again.
This error can occur if Halo: Campaign Evolved is already running on another device or window while you are signed in. Close the game on any other devices or instances, then try again.
Your sign-in session has expired. Please sign in again.
This error appears when the 15-minute window to link your account or complete sign-in has expired. For more information, refer to Account Linking & Unlinking in Halo: Campaign Evolved.
This service is not available in your region.
